Ingredients
2 eggs
1 rasher of bacon OR 1 Portobello mushroom
1 slice bread
w/c Monday 3rd February – Apple Crumble and Crème Anglaise
Ingredients
For the Apple Crumble Topping
150g plain flour or 150g wholemeal flour optional add 50g of oats
75 g butter / margarine
50g sugar (white or brown)
For the Apple Crumble Filling
2 cooking apples or 400-600g of seasonal fruit
25g sugar (optional)
For the Crème Anglaise
120ml whole milk
120ml whipping/double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract – supplied at school
3 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar – supplied at school

Ingredients
200g dark chocolate (75% cocoa solid)
120ml warm water – supplied at school
3 large eggs, separated into whites and yolks
40g caster sugar
At home : Fresh fruit to place on top (strawberry or raspberries)
6 ramekins or 750ml bowl from home
